No Accountability
Not delivered even after 1 hr of placing the order (ETA shown - 20-25 mins). Driver is chilling somewhere. No help desk in the app. Not reliable.

We checked ur order time anachal town was almost 2-3 hr block ongoing anchal to chithirapuram ur order bike also cant move so not driver chilling he is try to move from block and Customer support in app it will be response 2-5 min or whatsapp support also available we will stoping anachal and munnar soon because some customers not value our effort in difficulty delivery ( small roads and high-range, rain, Etc…) we are supporting our Delivery man also because he is a human not a machine please trying to understand our effort and we apologies to late delivery . Thanks
A Boon For Tourists
We were staying in a resort and the food there was too pricy and the options were very limited.. Found this app in google and was very doubtful before placing the order since we didn knew if its legit cuz we were used to only Swiggy/zomato.. But to our surprise the app inventor himself came and delivered our order hot!!
