Disgusted
I am frankly disgusted how we are treated by the former Olympus camera company. Just keep the damn app as it was. Those constant needs for minor tweaks to keep your tweakers busy! It does nothing for us photographers except inconvenience to have to download yet another app, often in areas where we have no WiFi! Are you stupid???

Very easy setup. Easy transfer of photos from TG-7 camera. Doing exactly as I expected.

Latest version won’t allow me to connect with my iPad.
I’ve downloaded photos from my camera to my iPad for 10 years, but since the latest update I can’t connect the iPad to the camera wifi.
Fortunately I can connect the phone but it’s not as convenient.

Olympus Software is Total Garbage.
I have EM1mk2. Want firmware update. Tried Mac app first. Wanted me to restart Mac in recovery mode to install extensions after already giving all kinds of permissions. Not happening. Tried this app to update. Does not work with EM1mk2. Total waste of 30 minutes and now another 30 to debug my Mac to remove all this scamware that was installed and undo the permissions. Already deleted this so from phone. I will definitely never buy another Olympus product. Total fail. What happed to just downloading a file to the sd card and running the update like my Sony & Fuji cameras do

Adds useful functionality to old Olympus cameras
It’s a bit of a clunky dance to get it to work, but once you’re used to how it works this does a good job adding GPS tagging and remote shutter to my ageing beloved E-M10mkII.
Stuck on privacy policy
This app used to work okay, but now, every time I open it, it prompts me to accept the privacy policy, but all the buttons are greyed out. So now it’s useless.

Recent change to privacy policy broke app
Unable to select “agree” or “disagree”. Very poor from Olympus here. The app is effectively dead.
Can’t agree to new terms so it’s dead
Since the privacy policy update I can’t connect to my camera via this app. Both agree and disagree are greyed out. This effectively renders my camera useless. The software has always been ropey but this is a basic issue that should have been caught in testing. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Now Broken
The latest update asks users to agree to the new privacy policy. But, the buttons on the screen are inactive, so you can’t get past that point and the app is unable to be used at all. Even uninstalling it and reinstalling it didn’t help.
Serious fault
Privacy policy agree / disagree options not working so app no longer useable. Tried on iPad and iPhone
To get past the acceptance screen
For the new update, many of us were struggling to get past the acceptance screen at the beginning. I found a workaround- click the privacy policy hyper-link, and accept all cookies. When you return, the agree button is enabled. You will then have to reconnect your camera as a new device, and then everything seems to work.
