Crashes often
Everyday seems like it needs to be deleted and redownloaded and during the middle of jobs! That’s slowing producing, that’s far from stable.

This towing is everything but speedy, simple, or stable! This is a joke of towing app constantly crashes, we have to constantly delete and redownload it. Images don’t save. Vin don’t decode I can go on and on forever but I’m busy.
Bugs never get fixed
If someone could fix the bugs that would be great, hey you could use Ai now to fix your code.
Messages feature
Messages feature has a numerical indicator like all message inbox’s I.E. email, text, social media etc. that represents the number of “new” messages you have received.
The feature has been around since the 1990’s when AOL mailed you discs. Its not new tech/software. It should be fixable.
We have over a thousand new messages in our company inbox. For 4.5 years with my company we have not been able to check the messages and afterwards have the numerical indicator decrease by the number of messages we have read.
If we check them and the total number of new messages indicator decreases, then when we go out of the app and back in the messages are new again. There is no “select all” + “mark as read” feature and every single message ever sent to the inbox remains new at all times. We literally have to check the messages periodically and by just so happening to remember the last message we read at the top of the list we can tell what is ACTUALLY new versus what shows as new but is not.
It works for us and has gotten better over the years but there is basic things they can’t get a grasp on and server to device sync issues remain slow and occasionally glitchy.
Changes get made to layouts and method of use without any notifications. We have to figure out how to use new features and changes by trial and error.

Glitchy. Time consuming.
Plate recognition usually fails. It’s an exception if it works. Property detection usually fails—suggests a dozen other properties before the one you’re in.
