This is a horrible app. I would not recommend it for anyone. Zero customer service when needed. The employees will lie to get you off the phone put you on hold and not come back to you. Good reason why it has less than a two star review after four years

Favoritism
This site is suppose to stop favoritism but it doesn’t do that at all, the employees of this site allow it, drivers are calling in their own tow and employees like Brian Sweeney that work for this company play in that roll of favoritism, I do not recommend this company to dispatch for any company, very poor service. It’s a shame that they do not monitor their employees and coach them, hopefully in the future there will be a better service than this company.

Full vehicle information would be much appreciated!!
Definitely need to work on putting the correct and full vehicle information. ( Gray Chevy ) is not helpful And better notes for the tow operators would be highly appreciated…
