This is a horrible app. I would not recommend it for anyone. Zero customer service when needed. The employees will lie to get you off the phone put you on hold and not come back to you. Good reason why it has less than a two star review after four years

Favoritism
This site is suppose to stop favoritism but it doesn’t do that at all, the employees of this site allow it, drivers are calling in their own tow and employees like Brian Sweeney that work for this company play in that roll of favoritism, I do not recommend this company to dispatch for any company, very poor service. It’s a shame that they do not monitor their employees and coach them, hopefully in the future there will be a better service than this company.

Full vehicle information would be much appreciated!!
Definitely need to work on putting the correct and full vehicle information. ( Gray Chevy ) is not helpful And better notes for the tow operators would be highly appreciated…

The update is awful
It no longer notifies you when you’ve been sent a call it’s a days work just to refresh every few seconds. I get to calls and the police are saying they saw the company name change multiple times which is not surprising because THEY DID NOT KNOW THEY HAD A CALL. Fix yourself! This is going on a week long of zero notifications just “your response time is approaching” sound…. Ummm excuse me? How is this not in the works? This is crucial for communication from cops to companies to clear these accidents and such. Update is crucial to the relaunching of this app.

You need to bring back AR dispatch app it works better then this app
App Doesn’t give notification upon receiving call
Since the app updated on my phone, when my tow boss sends me a call I don’t get notification and today we’re late due to fact never received it then he calls me on phone and I open app and there it is.

This app is absolutely horrible everything about it is trash the navigation is trash the fact that you can’t see redispatched calls in the history and available drivers in the history like we could before is horrible this app needs to go back to the way it was and you need to fire whoever thought this version was a good idea obviously none of you idiots ever towed a day in your life!!!!

This app is GARBAGE. I get no notifications. I don’t even know I have a tow until I get a phone call because it’s been in dispatch too long. Hate this company and the app.

The tow alert sound has not worked for quite some time now. Instead of helping me, the dispatchers just tell me I am wrong. Bad app, bad company, bad service.
Horrible app
Man…you ever go out on a date and when u get there the woman is nothing like her pictures? Well that’s a lot like this app, looks great in the App Store but once u use it its horrible! Always crashes, tows just disappear for no reason…. This app is on life support, somebody pull the plug!

Audible alert doesn’t work
The audible alert won’t sound with the new version. For a dispatch app the alert is a necessity. Autoreturn’s help line is not helpful at all.

Never fails I get booted out as soon as I open the app iPhone user I never had this problem using my android

I can’t even login the newest update is beyond unworkable it doesn’t even allow pictures and every time I am in it crashes
