App as always doesn’t work
The app never works right. I try to uninstall and reinstall to get it to work. Nope. Still won’t. Can’t save card info because it always tells me memberships details not found. Yet our membership is active. Considering all the money that goes into this zoo and the fact it’s been number 1 for three years in a row you would think they would put more into the app!

App Crashes When Linking Membership
A big selling point for the app is the ability to link your membership card to the app and use in lieu of the physical card. The app continues to crash when you try to link your membership. Please fix this!!
App doesn’t work
You would think if they are going to push the app when you sign up for the membership it would work. I get that most apps are not perfect, but this app doesn’t even work at all every time I put my memebership id in the whole app crashes

I downloaded the app so I could use my phone for our membership because my husband carries it. I can’t link our membership to the app. I try every year. They say it’s a great app and to download it well what’s the point if you can’t link your membership to it??
Trash app
Have been a member for over 3 years, never changed my membership number and the app doesn’t recognize my membership number or any other details. You’d think being the #1 Zoo in the entire country, their app would be top tier. It’s 2024, most people don’t want to carry a membership card around anymore and would rather have an app on their phone.

I don’t even know why the zoo has an app and advertises this as an app. You cannot make purchases for anything through the app and when you try to link your membership, it never works. This caliber of a zoo should have a working app or just ditch it all together.
I’ve used my phone as my card for years now!!!
Download the app. Enter the member id info and verify your id at the gate. It works just fine for me. Use it as a map. View iMax show times.

This app does not work. Why does this exist if it does not work. I tried to get a membership on the app but it did not work. Even though the zoo itself is good the app is terrible.
SO ANNOYING IT’S 2023 AND THE APP DOESN’T WORK
Every time I try to enter in my membership details, the app quits. I don’t want to carry another card around. So stupid.
Doesn’t link membership
For some reason no matter what I do I cannot get this app to link my membership. It simply doesn’t work!
App STILL doesn’t work…
Every year, I buy our annual family membership. Once I pay, the zoo then advertises their ‘so-called’ great app to use as a membership card. I fall for it every year. I download the app, hoping their membership link is fixed and I can use my phone as my membership card. I’m always saddened that the app cannot link my membership. I only wish someone would read these comments about their app, and care about changing and fixing it. Sadly, these reviews fall on deaf ears. I wish this wasn’t the case.

What is this app for? It doesn’t support the membership card. It’s a waste of time and effort.

Noticed a lot of the reviews are negative and really old, so I thought I’d write one! I use this app regularly to check out events and news and whatnot. It’s definitely not the best designed app but it does the job, completely decent

Can’t link my membership. Keeps glitching. Not at all impressed.
Half the app doesn’t work
Recently downloaded the app to be able to access my membership card and it doesn’t work. You can’t access it from the app, the special events aren’t accurate or updated regularly. Nothing is correct this app. I honestly expected more from my favorite zoo

It appears they made significant changes since the last update, although it was 9 months ago - I’d like to see continual improvements/amenities.
I became a member and entered my info and it found the info right away. I have to get a verification code from guest services as stated on the email I received.
The app is a little slow sometimes, but has a lot of information. I’d like to use it to its full potential once everything is normalized after Covid.
