Login never works
Doesn’t work
The app refuses to let me login and says I have invalid credentials and then won’t allow me to try to login again. I have my password saved and I know it’s the right one. It’s absolutely ridiculous how badly this app “works”

says my username and password is incorrect yet it’s the same one that works just fine online. seems like a lot of people have this issue. very frustrating

NEEDS IMPROVEMENT
Never remembers my log in name (email). Please make this more user friendly. The chapter pays your company for this system so it’s unacceptable. There is no admin accessibility on the app anymore either from what I can see.

Telling me wrong username and password but it’s the same username and password that works online.

The login and system setup was efficient and easy. No one in my house had issues setting up the account. The reason I hesitate to give this five stars is simply because you can’t edit interests or your “profile” on the app. Having to log into the website to do so is just not as easy. Hopefully they will fix this issue and make the app as efficient as possible.

Can’t login
My username and password that I use on the computer work but on the app it says that both or one of them is incorrect.
Cannot login
The app continues to tell me wrong password/username, but the same password/username works when logging in online.
