No trial and no refunds

I downloaded this app during a particularly low point in my mental health, looking forward to journaling with it and using its AI Companion as sort of therapy without the therapy. An hour into use I wanted to cancel. It just doesn’t do a good job of either. Like - who limits journal entries to 350 characters?? So I figured I’d reach out to request a refund, since there was no trial or anything to allow me to see if it was for me or not. Nope. A regurgitation of the terms and conditions and some addons are my only options. Not great to create purchase anxiety with an anxiety app.

the narration was enjoyable to listen to because it was simply put for the common person and did not chastise the audience, it builds on understanding your mind and creating a stronger version of yourself

Frustrated

I have loved this app. I'm learning so much about myself, but it's got some terrible glitches. For the last few days now the screen pops up, trying to get me to sign up for something that I'm not in. I swipe up on my phone to make it go away and it won't go away. Or after a lesson and I go to the end for insights and it's the same speech as the day before. These are the kinds of things that make it hard to really settle in and enjoy the app.

Tolle App für mehr Wohlbefinden

Ich bin wirklich positiv von Omna überrascht. Die App ist übersichtlich aufgebaut und bietet viele hilfreiche Möglichkeiten, sich mit den eigenen Gedanken und Gefühlen auseinanderzusetzen. Besonders der KI-Begleiter gefällt mir sehr gut, da man jederzeit ein Gespräch beginnen und sich Gedanken von der Seele schreiben kann. Auch die Übungen, das Stimmungstracking und die täglichen Impulse finde ich sehr hilfreich.

Insgesamt eine sehr angenehme und moderne App, die mich dabei unterstützt, im Alltag etwas mehr zur Ruhe zu kommen und mich selbst besser zu reflektieren. Klare Empfehlung von mir!

The worst

I canceled this app right after I got it. They have continued to charge me for 3 months. Sent a copy of my bank statement. Still nothing. How are they allowed to do business on Apple?! When i reached out to them they gave me a ticket number. The ticket number is the same color as the text box so I can’t read it. I feel like this is some kind of prank app. How is this app on business? Just my stealing peoples money? Do better OMNA! People with mental health issues are counting on you to help and you’re making it worse.

Cancelled App

I have requested Omna twice to cancel my subscription and I am still being charged. I went through their website to purchase it and have had no response from Omna about the continuing charges. Be careful.

Cost

I like this app. I especially like the personal support AI feature. However, when it comes to renew it does not give me any price at all! I have asked for clarification and it says they will get back to me in a few days, but that’s going to be too late for my renewal. I don’t know how much I’m going to get charged. This is a huge problem and I’m canceling.
