I love Omni. All the staff in Paw Paw Michigan are amazing and very helpful,especially Samantha !
But this update on my I phone will not let me update unless I have a iOS 18.4 or later
There is nothing wrong with the I-phone I have , why should I have to buy a new phone to update your app ???

App unusable now
App requires I pad OS 18.4 or later, same with I phone. I can’t afford to constantly upgrade my devices, my devices no longer support these os versions. My banking apps are now completely unusable.

The OMNI app is so convenient and makes banking with OMNI so easy and efficient
I don’t like the update
I don’t like how the app has changed so that you can’t select your profiles from the start page…you have to select another profile from within a profile you’ve last viewed. Also I don’t like how the pin opens all profiles at once instead of having to add it for each individual one like it was before. Wish I hadn’t done the update.

Customer Service
If I ever have an issue, which is rare, online resolution with customer service has high marks from me. I have been a member since 1990 and currently live in the Philippines where I still am able to resolve any questions or concerns that I have!
Excellent online banking
Have used the online system for years now. Effective system and easy to communicate with Omni on banking issues. Able to live in other states and still bank efficiently with Battle Creek accounts.
iPhone 8
I have a iPhone 8. I have been updated out of being able to use my Omni community credit Union app. The app says, to install, software must be at 18+. My phone is too old to take these updates 18+. iOS has come out with 2 recent updates for older devices to make them more secure, but still device will not allow me to use app. So in order to use the app, I would need to get a new phone?

A lot of people don’t have a phones that go to iOS 17. They should not have to go spend $1000 on a phone just to use your app.
Update to IOS 17
My iPhone 8 doesn’t have IOS 17. Now I can’t use my app where I do all of my banking through. You shouldn’t have to update based on the IOS. This needs to be fixed!!!!

Best money facility ever Have had home loans, car loans, personal loans thru Omni When the IRS came after us for tax issue they stood by us and let us withdraw some money before they froze accounts Always thoughtful of its members Omni is the best !!

Love working with Omni, they have been great. Do wish I could get a Tap Debit card like other credit unions use.
