Everyone saying it yall locked my charger 1 I been had my omni charger before yall had an app 2 forced me to download the app then when I do the app doesn’t work they keep saying you need to verify then when u click on it u don’t get an email at all very disappointed in Omni and I really like the products but I might have to just make a switch this is unacceptable

App wont connect, go figure it hasn’t been updated in 5 years making them absolute garbage. Idk why they are even out for people to take. @PSU Library
Doesn’t work at all
Not a single login option works. When you sign up for an email based account, the verification email simple never arrives. Trying to login with google does nothing at all. Absolutely worthless - I don’t know why this app and service even exists.

Same as the other feedback. Impossible to reset password. Can’t login.

School uses these but I have only ever been able to log in once. Asks you to verify account but never sends a verification email.
Fraud with university students
This is a complete fraud even you submit the power bank still they are going to charge 20 dollars per day for that till they complete 300 dollars and if you try to contact no one responds.
Never works
Worked only once during the entire year. Every time I try activating the charger it says something went wrong, and even when I reset the app, reset my phone, turn off my wifi and use my internet, plug the charger back in and wait before trying to activate it again, it NEVER WORKS!! Honestly should be discontinued- it’s only there as decoration at this point.

Why does a charger even need an app?!
Terrible app, tried logging in several times in different ways, didn’t work. MOREOVER, why does a charging port need a f#ing app??? I know having my email and data is useful but dont overextend yourself omnicharge when you cant even get this to work
Cool at first but bad
Same issue as everyone else log in problems. Very disappointed.
Awful
It’s a shame my school is wasting its money on a service that does not work with an app that hasn’t been updated in over a year, despite all the negative feedback. No matter how many times I try to log in, the app just sends me right back to the login page. Only way it seems like I can get this to work is if I create a new account, but I only have so many emails to use, and it’s incredibly frustrating having to offer up my emails, contact info, and card numbers time and time again.

Can’t create an account/login
Like many others stated I cannot login no matter what I do. The fact that my school is paying for this service and forcing us to use it and ridiculous.
Convenient
I like being able to easily rent a charger when I need one.
Unable to log
Previously the app worked great, however now it is impossible to sign in. No matter how many times I sign in or delete app it won’t sign in.
You can’t log in
No matter has many times you redownload the app and sign it it will always return to the home page to ask you to resign in.
Unusable
Doesn’t matter how many times i type in my email and password or try making a new account again or even deleting and reinstalling the app alltogether. I press log in and just get returned to the main screen with no message.
App doesn’t work
Can’t sign in using google but any other domain is not accepted. Literally no way to use the power banks
