3 dead batteries

Tried this in the Pittsburgh area when I left my charger at home. 3 out of 3 batteries say they’re full, but only lasted 5-10 min. They then show that they are dead. You get charged the first full hour up front, so returning it early didn’t help. There’s no easy way in the app to report malfunctioning batteries.

Awesome idea, very easy to use

I discovered Sulo yesterday at Crazy mocha and didn’t realize this is such a convenient tool to use!! The app works seamlessly and the portable charger comes with different plugs and can be used to charge different devices at the same time!! And i think once you’ve exceeded a certain amount of $$ the portable charger is basically yours.
