Swiss Army knife for words - Excellent !
Viewing scale adjustment on the fly (I can do on my mac) is what I miss. But it’s not a dealbreaker.
Pinch and zoom, for true focus and comfort would be great. This avoids changing a document property, font size - I’d rather fonts fixed for consistency.
Otherwise I highly recommend this precision tool.

I've used many different outliners over time, but this one is by far the most mature, comprehensive, and bug free.
Outliners--including this one--are generally advertised as planning and brainstorming tools. That, in my opinion, drastically under-advertises their true capabilities as a way to maintain and organize all the miscellaneous information we need a way to safely and conveniently save, organize, and reference every day. OmniOutliner is probably the single most important piece of software I use.
I'm using the Pro version. It does cost a few bucks, but for me it's paid for itself many times over.
(And no, I don't work for or have any kind of connection to Omni other than being a paying customer. :) )

For sequencing information, and steering with keyboard shortcuts, it has no peer. “Focus” on a line has always been wonderful.
Also the iPad version has removed the orange tint, which was too pungent and broke my focus.
The crashes appear centered around larger documents with images and pdfs. So improvement needed there.

10 Crashes per hours (first day)
I have now got the demo running with the professional version.
On simply moving the cursor highlight, or working on content I am getting crashes like clockwork..
The concept is great and a more reliable version would be nice. Every time it crashes I lose a bit on activity of the last minute..

BTW a better reporting method for crashes is needed. Omni is missing a LOT of crash piggybacking on users email.
Why isn’t omni login collecting crash info?
For Apple crashes it’s a snip to send out bugs without email.

Sorry for the trouble! We'd love to figure out why OmniOutliner 6 is frequently crashing on your Mac (we're not aware of a bug on currently shipping operating systems that could be causing this).
