Memo AI 1.3: summaries get a whole new look, and conversations now come with speaker labels. ■ NEW - Redesigned summaries with richer formatting and a structure that adapts to each memo. - Speaker labels: Memo now detects who's speaking in a conversation. Tap a speaker to give them a name, and the transcript updates everywhere. - Font themes: choose from five styles to make your notes feel like yours. They carry into PDF and image exports too. - Action items are now grouped by date, so you can see what's due at a glance. - iCloud sync: your memos, chats, and settings now sync securely across your devices. - Import video files by sharing them to Memo, and it transcribes the audio. - Explain selection: highlight any text in a memo, and select "Explain" to get more details about the selected text using AI. - Export chats to save or share an AI conversation. ■ IMPROVEMENTS & FIXES - More reliable transcription for long recordings, imports, and spotty connections. - Better language detection for long recordings in a single language. - Reorganized share menu: export formats first, copy-to-clipboard options grouped together. - Fixed several crashes and sync edge cases. --- Enjoying Memo AI? Lost an hour Therapy session

Accidentally switched apps when I pressed a button when it was sending it to my phone, and now I have no record of an hour-long couples therapy session.

Hi Carlo, sorry this happened for you! Can you write us hello@noteplan.co and elaborate, we would love to fix this and maybe check your logs if it’s really lost. It sounds like you recorded this on the Apple Watch? It should keep sending it (it would not delete it until it was sent successfully normally), so maybe it’s still there. The logs would help us identify what happened exactly (see in Memo AI’s Settings, and scroll to the bottom).

Call summaries are sick!

I’ve been using this since the beta. Eduard has done an amazing job both at the pace and feature set of this app. The new note layouts are really useful for catching what happened in a meeting and I am using it often! Keep it up.

Fast and useful

I’ve tried a few of these apps. This is by far the best. Being able to convert items into reminders is fantastic. If you use NotePlan, then this is amazing.

Fantastic AI Tool

I took a 30 minute, highly technical, medical podcast and feed it to Memo AI. The summary was spot on. Detailed in all the right areas. Accurate and concise. Finding more and more use day to day. In addition, seamless integration with NotePlan. If you’re a NotePlan fan you have to try this. It’s amazing.
