Very poor
I got a memebership subscription and my wife has another one too. Wa can’t select the small sofa where we’re both together because we can’t link both accounts. When I select just a sear of the sofa it automatically selects 2 and makes me pay for the second one.
In addition, now it won’t let me book a new movie. It says the system failed to recognise myself and I may have an upcoming ticket already (I don’t). My wife is having the same issue.
I used to be a Cineworld subscriber and I missed it now.

Horrible booking system
My partner and I just purchased MyOmniPasses today. When trying to book with my omnipass, you cannot add the person you’re wanting to go with who also has an omnipass. Then because you’re in a single seat, they cannot book beside you!!!!! It’s also absurd that there are only the first few rows included for this price of the omnipass. Can’t pick a back row seat without the upcharge. Can’t pick a higher up row without the upcharge. Feeling pretty frustrated at purchasing an omnipass, after being so excited for it to open…missing Cineworld and their app that is so easy to use.

Close down please asap
Worst cinema, zero customer service or anything fruitful. I bought monthly membership for 3 family members. They don’t allow booking together as there is always that 1 seat leaving issue. There is no number to call, the complaint is never acknowledged. Have been a member of Cineworld and it’s awesome. You can watch your fav movies as many times as you want. Here its just ONCE allowed. If you miss there is no option to rebook or ask for chnage/ cancel that works. Pathetic su£king model to rip and extort.

Seating options
Seating option needs fixing as I should be able to book anywhere I want to sit not restricted to certain seats

The app is brilliant. So simple to use and as a omnipass holder I find this cinema so great.
Seating issue
The app is mostly great but my wife and I each have our own cinema pass - but the new seating rules of not leaving a solo seat makes it’s impossible for my wife and I to book into a space where 2 seats are free and I can’t solo book one seat without it kicking the error. Really unhelpful.
Account not working properly
I paid for the omniplex pass and it’s not letting me use it to book seat I still have to pay for the seats even though the money for the pass has gone out of my account. Isn’t even showing me my tickets on the app.
Omnipass users should be able to sit on any seat
As an omnipass holder…,I think since the price of the omnipass has increased by 50% we should be allowed to sit on any seat… instead we are penalised and only permitted to sit in the cheaper seats … unless we want to pay a top up. This discourages people from becoming omnipass members. Also if the cheaper seats are all booked out, then I have to pay an additional cost to attend the cinema screening. I see ads saying see every film for £11.99 as an omnipass holder. This is deceiving… most new films come out on recline screens and under this omnipass you may not be able to see this. Omniplex think again about the omnipass holders being permitted to sit on any seat….Many thanks DorisDPK

Staff are brilliant I go to the cinema every sat but the pricing is really bad I think with paying monthly we should get it a lot cheaper it’s the only thing I enjoy but it’s getting more expensive and I am disabled so I do believe it should be a lot cheaper more fairly priced thanks but the staff are great so helpful

Horrible Payment Process
Notwithstanding the devaluation to the Omnipass whilst increasing the price this app would put you off using Omniplex. The app is an upgrade on before - but let’s face it it couldn’t have been worse before. But now, despite claiming to support Apply Pay, it doesn’t give that as a payment option. Card details need entered everytime and the app won’t remember them. Terrible.

The new refresh was much needed. No issues so far. Easy to use for bookings and adding tickets to Apple Wallet.

One of the worst apps I’ve used charged to set up a membership and the account still failed to register. Avoid this trap of an app.
