User reviews

Account creation

This app does not allow account creation. Keeps saying mobile number already exist and I have tried multiple numbers still says the same. I am sure lots of people complain of same.

(MY fault) Can’t even sign up

Below was all my fault for entering in an incorrectly spelled email address without me knowing it.

(Haven’t used the app yet. Just reversing my one star)

Error message constantly “only one account per device” I’ve never signed up for an account. Tried many different variations when I enter in data on the registration page. Try to recover my password on all my email addresses and no account exists. * I will remove this review or give permission to have this review removed once my issue is solved*

How do I cancel my test which I do not want to renew?

Same as above how do I cancel?

Best tool in my ra arsenal!

Best app i have used for sourcing. Even thought i had an issue with my account when i paid for the app and Christie emailed me so fast. The issue solved itself overnight and i was able to use it again. But the fact that it is a pricier tool and the customer service was above and beyond will keep my subscription current for sure.
