having trouble for replacement
something broke on it to connect to the wifi. i called and no answer had this over a year or two still haven’t got any replacement. its been over a year since it broke,

I was alerted to a water leak on my phone when I was 4 hours away and was able to have a friend of mine come in my home and plug in my sump pump that came out most likely from my cats wrestling around it. Saved my basement!!!!! Thanks!!
The app is a complete game changer!!!!! It also let me know that my furnace blower/heater turned on and shorted and didn’t turn off, while I was in FL. I watched on my app the temperature climb until it triggered the smoke/heat alarm!!!! Very happy and impressed!

Notifications page —> BLANK
With this version on iPadOS and on iOS, the Notifications link always gives a blank page. The only method for clearing this problem is to shutdown the device and restart it.
Some devices seem offline, also blank page bug
So we have been having trouble with a couple of our devices, not appearing on the app and we contacted the representative for help and I think they’re working on that however also have one device that is not registering temperature and when I click on the notifications, it shows me that there are two pages of notifications because they were doing some self testing this morning- but when I click on the second page, it takes me to a completely blank white page, and I can’t back out of it, so I have to close the app entirely. This seems like a bug.

Peace of mind!
Have had the system for almost 6 years. I’m thankful for the peace of mind and the app letting me check in on my family when I’m working or out of town.
