The OMS Scaffolding App is a powerful field-visit tracking and reporting solution designed specifically for marketing personnel. The app ensures transparency, accountability, and real-time monitoring of on-ground marketing activities by integrating location tracking, visit timing, and detailed reporting directly with the CRM system. When a marketing user visits a client site, project location, or customer premises, they must check in through the app. At the time of check-in, the app captures the exact geographical location using Google Maps APIs, ensuring precise location accuracy. Along with the location, the exact check-in time is recorded and instantly synced with the CRM, creating a verified log of the visit. During the visit, the marketing person can submit multiple remarks or updates, allowing them to document discussions, requirements, follow-ups, or observations in detail. The app also allows users to upload photos and videos related to the visit, such as site conditions, project progress, scaffolding requirements, or client references. All remarks and media files are securely stored and linked to the respective visit in the CRM for future reference. To prevent misuse and ensure visit authenticity, the app includes an automatic check-out feature. If the user moves more than 2 kilometers away from the check-in location, the system will automatically trigger a check-out, recording the exit time and the exact check-out location. This ensures accurate tracking even if the user forgets to manually check out. At the time of manual or automatic check-out, the app once again captures the location and timestamp and sends the complete visit summary—including duration, remarks, photos, videos, and movement data—to the CRM. This allows managers and administrators to review visit performance, verify field activities, and make data-driven decisions.
