بستغرب من هيك برامج ما بيحسبوا حساب الليناني لما ينزل على لبنان وماعنده رقم لبناني، كيف ممكن يعمل حساب بالبرنامج؟

مفهوم أن التحويل ضمن دول محددة، لكن هيدا ما بيمنع أن المسافر برا وراجع على لبنان يفعّل الحساب على رقمه الأساسي من أي دولة.

بظن فريق العمل لازمه شوية خطط أوسع وتطوير أعمال ومراقبة الجودة.

مازال لايمكنني تجاوز صفحة إنشاء حساب سوى باستخدام رقم دولي يتبع فقط لـ 12 دولة فقط ولايمكن بأي شكل إنشاء حساب سوى بهذه الطريقة. ولاتوجد بدائل وخيارات أخُرى.!!

App Crash

I’m using iPhone 7 Plus, recently every time I open up the App, it does crash immediately when it used to work properly. I’ve no idea why it started to crash. I hope the App developers fix this issue as soon as possible!

Horrible app, I tried making an account, I submitted all my information and then they told me to wait 1-2 days, I waited 2 days, and nothing happened I had to submit all the details again, then it a happened again and again, it’s been like over a week and I just gave up atp. Not to mention that they don’t have app or chat support so it’s impossible to contact them. Stupid app stop milking every penny out of it and make it actually work maybe then it’ll generate you more. Whish is better. I won’t delete this review unless I get an apology and the staff actually fixed the site.

Too many steps for registration

I am not sure why do you need all the personal details to register and have access to this app? Why as a user i need to spend more than 1 min to register? Why your asking the user to rewrite all the details if the user already uploaded a picture of his ID? And why do you need the employment details and so on? Cant you make the user experience a bit easier and better ?

Great fintech app

Very intuitive and easy to use. The wallet feature is great and is complemented by a great brick & mortar network that allows you access to USD across Lebanon while the card is a great payment method globally.
