OMX TEAM is the team operations app for OMX Digital staff. Plan your day, track your work, check in to the office and stay on top of meetings, all in one place. Access is for OMX Digital team members only. Accounts are created by your administrator. DAILY TASKS • Create, assign and track tasks with priorities, due dates and time estimates • Break work into subtasks and set dependencies between tasks • Assign tasks to one or more teammates, with recurring tasks for routine work • Comment, attach files and record voice notes on any task • Submit completed work for verification by your manager • Start and close your day to keep a clear record of what got done ATTENDANCE • Check in and check out in one tap • Location at check-in records whether you worked on-site or from home • See your attendance history, late marks and working hours LEAVE, OVERTIME AND HOLIDAYS • Apply for leave and track your balance • Request overtime and holiday work • View the office holiday calendar MEETINGS AND REMINDERS • Schedule meetings and add Google Meet links • Sync meetings with Google Calendar (optional) • Get task and meeting reminders in the app and on WhatsApp FOCUS AND PERFORMANCE • Run focus sessions on your current task • Earn scores and badges for consistent work • See your progress on a personal dashboard SALARY • View your monthly salary breakdown, calculated from attendance and leave AI ASSISTANT • Get help prioritising your tasks • Summarise work and estimate how long tasks will take FOR MANAGERS AND ADMINS • See team attendance, workload and task progress at a glance • Approve leave, overtime and completed work • Export attendance reports to Excel • Manage office hours, locations and holidays PRIVACY Location is used only when you check in or out, and the microphone only while you record a voice note.
