Can’t see what I’m typing
Tried using the app and I can’t see what I’m typing. Can’t log in. Thought it was my phone but after a restart, still not working.

Sign in stuck at spinning screen
It's the middle of the afternoon. The app accepts my credentials but is stuck at the loading screen before letting me access my accounts. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't.

This is by far the best out of all the various banking applications that I use. Great Job On Tap Credit Union!

I use the app every few days. You can sign in quickly and find everything in seconds (balance, statements, check info, debit card charges ect). I highly recommend using it.

Everything I want in a financial app
I use the On Tap app as my one-stop shop for a financial dashboard. By linking all my accounts, not just those at On Tap, I can see and analyze everything I need to, including spending data, by using the main page and the Financial Tools section that has the spending data from all your accounts/cards, both internal at the Credit Union and external at other banks/CUs. Plus, On Tap Credit Union gives back to my local community!
