False advertising
I won 3000 pts and a free car wash to it to on the run in bourbon and was told they can’t scan the code. We had already clicked redeem so I lost my car wash and 3000 pts😡
Ruined the game
Ruined the game and coupon aspect of the app. I’ve specifically only gotten gas from on the run for over 5 years because of the app but I guess it’s time to start waiting in line at Sam’s club. Bring back the car game
App is good - game change is frustrating
They recently changed their in-app game, which can be used to earn coins that can be redeemed for free drinks and car washes. Previously, I had no problem getting the amount of coins needed for free items. I’ll admit it was probably too easy. But now it feels like they’ve swung in the complete opposite direction. Unless I’m missing something, you can only earn a maximum of 100 coins a day, and they doubled the number of points needed to redeem a free item (1,000 needed now for a drink and 3,000 for a car wash).

Useless points
Y’all had a fun app to where we could get car washes from playing the game but now only the top 5 people get prizes after a month? I only got gas at on the run because of this game but I guess it’s back to going to Sam’s club
Doesn’t work properly
I am registering my phone number to be a rewards member. It is supposed to send a code to my phone so I can register and it hasn’t. I have re-entered my correct phone number multiple times and nave requested it to resend the code to my phone multiple times. Flop.

I was surprise that the game was back . I had accumulated 50,000 points A couple of car washes soda and Coffee. And I was more surprise that the game is gone again. What are you guys doing? Come on!
On the run
I’m concerned because I cannot get the spin to win to come up. I have over 46000 points and all of the sudden I come to play and it’s gone. Could you please fix it?
Spin 2 Win gone
The spin 2 win feature has been removed on my app. Even when I was able to use it the drop rate is incredibly low. The old app was worthwhile but this is a waste of time
