Better before
The app used to be great to use but the new version is terrible. It’s not user friendly and all the features I liked about the old one were eliminated.
Order ahead is gone
They got rid of the only reason I even used this app went. They decided to stop the function that allows you to order ahead before you get to the store to save your time. It was the only reason I even went to Rhodes since we have other gas stations that are a little cheaper.

Terrible
The app used to work fine for me. Now, I always get errors when trying to use it for fueling, the location never works and it will tell me I’m at a different store than the one I’ll actually be sitting at, also, the new version of sending out promos via text stinks. It used to send out a link to a barcode. Now, it sends out a link but the link takes me to the Rhodes app in a browser page instead of the actual app on my phone and I have to authorize my phone every single time. I used to use those promo codes but not anymore. Forcing people to jump through hoops and requiring them to buy online instead of in store is ridiculous.

Doesn’t work
I went through the identification process and when time to login it takes me back to the activation screen and when I enter number it doesn’t send a code and there’s no way to get to the login screen.
