Malpractice/Misdiagnosis ridden
This company uses this app better than they use an X-ray machine. Accurately destroyed bank accounts by way of telling us that our dog has a life-threatening condition when in actuality the technician wasn’t a qualified radiologist and scheduling emergency surgery on baseless claims. This app is the catalyst they use to close down any ability to communicate with the company if the communication is in anyway not aligning to their desired reputation or preferred choice of terminology. Upon mentioning the word lawsuit I was immediately shut down from this application, despite trying to recommend fixing their ways. This app is used as a shoddy business practice at best and severely destroys any human element that they can offer. Call them, otherwise they might delete you like a 3rd grader with a social media account.
