This app is pure trash. Whether I’m watching a drama or a variety show, the "random" autoplay always ends up pushing those cringey dating shows I can’t stand. It feels like they’re getting paid under the table to shove that specific program down our throats because customer service completely ignores every complaint. Unless you're holding the remote to stop it the second an episode ends, you're stuck in an infinite loop of dating junk. The selection is tiny, the price is a total rip-off, and I’m finally deleting this garbage.

This app was just really boring.I wanted to watch squid game and I only got lines for the show thats why I downloaded this app. PLS CHANGE (i don’t understand Korean)
Where are the subtitles?
I looked through quite a few dramas and I found that none of them have subtitles. When I went to search up if this app even had subtitles thinking it was a glitch on my part, I found that they had a tutorial on how to get subtitles but clearly that tutorial was a lie since I reset my phone I refreshed the app multiple times but none of the dramas I would’ve liked to watch have subtitles.

No English Subs
For all the shows I clicked on there weren’t any English subtitles. These weren’t even new shows. They have subs on other platforms. If you don’t have English subtitles you should probably write the app name and description in Korean to make it clear who this app is for.
How to track episodes watched?
Lots of content here plus live television. The con is that you cannot tag episodes as watched which gets cumbersome. Is there a fix?
Doesn’t keep up
Doesn’t keep up with software changes in OS, device, and devices cast to. When there is a change, it takes 2 days to 2 weeks to get the glitches out. You have to call them, and they’re obviously overwhelmed because they come across as having heard so many complaints that they really dont care. They always blame the user.

Translation
It would be great if you provided English, French or Spanish translations for all the shows on your website(not just some of them). Nothing worse than selecting a show and not understanding what is being said. So sad. Great app.
