Billing is slow

The monthly bill update is slightly delayed, but otherwise, the app performs as intended.

Terrible

So when you buy data and accidentally buy the wrong one you can cancel it but you can’t get your money back for it they are robbers money hungry and just terrible even their telephone customer service is terrible the lady hung up the phone just avoid this please!

App stopped working

The one Hungary app stopped working couple of days ago and still continues. It keeps loading but does not open it

New design, same bugs

The app doesn't show me from the beginning how many free units (SMS + call minutes) I have for one of my numbers. Both my numbers have the same tariff, but for one of them the units are not shown.

I submitted this as a complaint over a year ago to Vodafone and it's still not fixed. Lazy company.

Not working

So far I can’t get the app to log me in as it says there are server issues.

Payment top up doesnt work again

Payment doesnt work, it redirects to securepay site and says server doesnt respond, I tried with safari and chrome too, same results. It only works if you are connected to wifi internet otherwise you are screwed. This is like the 20th time it happens with vodafone. Good luck if you are stuck in abroad without wifi. I also won 50mb free data, I clicked to collect it and said i didnt win this time..

Big zero

The app is not working correctly, it’s been for years I’m trying to stay logged in, but it asks repeatedly for the login informations…(user name/password). I tried to reach vodafone multiple times, by emails and by phone, but no reaction… I would not recommend the whole company. They are asking for your money, but you don’t get any service for it. They are seriously not reliable!

تطبيق غبي جدا

مطلوب الدخول للحساب ومافي عندي حساب وما في تسجيل حساب جديد.
واذا حاولت الدخول يقول لك اسم المستخدم او كلمة المرور خطأ.
واذا طلبت المساعدة يحولك على صفحة بلغة غير مفهومة لا هي عربي ولا انجليزي ولا حتى فرنساوي ولا اقدر افهم المكتوب فيها ايه.
ولا يمكن الحصول على المساعدة للتسجيل بلغة مفهومة.
في الاخر هو تطبيق غبي جدا جدا جدا.

Зарегестрироваться не возможно,чтобы докупить услуги ,код не присылает,идиотизм

App is unusable even after reinstallation

Error message: “SSL pinning detected, Secure connection failed. Update to latest version, or reinstall.”
Since I’m on the latest version, I chose to reinstall, yet I still get this error message and cannot log in. App is unusable!

Lost money due to monthly recurring data

The app is easy to use but there are some issues that should be considered for changing, especially the data purchase. When I canceled the ‘monthly recurring data’, my current data that I had already paid for that month was also canceled. Your company canceled the thing that I paid for, it is extremely disappointed.

Unfriendly interface

I regret to say that your application is very difficult to use. It's not clear how to make payments, how to contact the support chat, and it's not obvious how to check the amount of data usage. I hope that you will improve the application soon so that customers can navigate it easily.

Always coming up with different error

Regretting that i choose vodafone , anytime i want to open the app either server timeout error or other errors. So shameful for such big company which doesn’t have good app for their customers

I am not able to login

On my iPhone device I can’t login with my account however on website I can. It always writes out the “Server error” message after thinking of couple of seconds.

I do not recommend

I just simply hate this app. I only wish to use it to pay my bills but every single months first there is an update which is mandatory so
My 3minutes job is extended to a 30minutes job, some of the updates required new password, hence another struggle, and if this all is not enough we have server issue. Like now. I am trying to pay my very last bill, for 2weeks now, and every single time when I try to pay it there is an issue. This app is just useless. Absolutely hopeless

I agree with Zhou Mee, I’ve been a Vodafone customer/user for seven years either through a work colleague, and now in my own name. Vodafone claims to offer services in Hungarian and English but that is NOT true. I, also, cannot pay my bill online. I’m 72 years of age and have difficulty walking. I must get help going to Árkád Mall just to get to an OTP to pay my bill. Vodafone does not even help set up the App in English. The only English help goes to FAQ which are not specific enough to assist with the App. Perhaps I should go to another provider?
