This app helps a lot to identify the policies and details.
Not Satisfactory
The app doesn’t load. And it doesn’t update in real time. It crashes too many times too. It doesn’t have any sections where it says after your savings is matured where your savings will be automatically added, so that is fishy.

This app is super cluttered and full of bugs
My user experience had been terrible. The app looks super cluttered, it’s like dumping all the information together, zero care for the UI. Pop-up ads appear and stay there forever. Every time I try to pay my premium, it gets stuck at the point of payment gateway. Hard to believe a company like MetLife made such a pathetic app. Even a high school goer can do better these days watching YouTube tutorials.

Full of Technical Bugs.
The app has several major issues, including a non-functional account deletion feature. Worse app ever!!! I have tried to call customer care, but they were not aware of my problem or lack of knowledge.

Protection and Prevention
Doctor consultation, Health care, Discounts, info about my policy etc. so many things are included! MetLife not only sells insurance it also cares about my health and wellbeing! For intermediate fasting and tracking my medicine some modules may be added. I will able to track start and stop timing of my fasting by the app and I will be able to get reminder (manually set as per doctor advice) for medicine and I will not forget timing of medicine. These two features will enrich this app further. Thanks to MetLife.
