Free online entry removed?? Violation of federal law!
I used to enter for free on the website using the “Alternate Method of Entry” form. Now when I try to use this form the “submit” button has been replaced by a “print” button. Upon reading the fine print, it seems that now the only way to enter without a subscription is by mail. However, this is NOT free, as you’d have to buy many stamps to get 20 entries a month for each giveaway. One Country specifies you can’t put multiple forms in one envelope. (To make it even more cumbersome, they also mandate that each form be filled out separately, no photocopies, and that each envelope be hand addressed - no address labels!) To enter a giveaway 20x would require an entire book of stamps ($15.50) - for EACH giveaway. To enter all current giveaways would cost $78! (Not to mention countless hours of time addressing envelopes!) This is a violation of United States law which requires prize giveaways to have a FREE (not postage-paid) method of entry to avoid classification as an illegal lottery. Further, it’s just another attempt to manipulate people into paying for a subscription while falsely advertising a free method of entry. Highly disappointed, and would expect better from One Country.
I will happily upgrade my review to 5 star if they restore an actually free method of entry online. However, if this is not brought into compliance with federal law in a timely fashion, I will consider reporting this violation to the Department of Justice.

Total disaster, said claim note, I hit it, nothing opens up. I have tried multiple times. I’m really disappointed. I upgraded to the 35.99 monthly. This is a joke

So I signed up thinking cool chance to win something. I was a little tight on money and found it a pain to cancel as you have to email and wait days for a response instead of just adding a cancel button. About a week after I canceled I get an email saying I won tickets to confirm within 12 hours. I responded immediately that why would you select me for tickets 2 states from where I live like 3 days from the concert. I never received any response back from them. So if I said yes I accept them I would never have gotten them. Kinda feels like a scam.

The contests are fake, the money doesn’t go anywhere good, and the app itself doesn’t work for days at a time. Don’t waste your time or money.

It should not be this difficult to sign into your account and to request stop payment from your bank account each month and to delete the account .

Joining one country
I love country music!! Grew up listening to the old time country music and now I’m hooked on Jason Aldean , Luke Bryan and Jelly Roll. Just to name a few. So thank you for letting me join and sign up for one country . Hope to hear some good old fashioned music from the past .

Scam Company - Save Yourself!! Don’t Download!
I entered into one prize online months ago. Nowhere did it say there would be a recurring charge. Only recently did I realize they’ve been taking money from my account every month. You can’t cancel this service anywhere! Your account page only shows how many “prizes” you’ve been entered into, and if you select the option to delete your account, they notify you this will not delete your subscription! How is this legal? I have not been able to get anyone through their email, and they don’t have a phone number on file. I placed a stop payment through my bank just to get them to stop taking money. What a scam - don’t let them get your money!
