1.3.0

This update is about making the city readable. Place a park, school or hospital and the board now shows the area it reaches, which homes would gain from it, and which ones are already covered. A home only needs one of each, so a second park over the same houses earns nothing — and now you can see that before you commit, instead of wondering why the number didn't move. Tap your population to see exactly where every resident came from. The breakdown now adds up to the number on screen and includes the districts you completed, which were missing from it entirely. Your objective names what the city actually needs right now — homes that are cut off, or homes still waiting on a park, school or hospital — instead of repeating the same line all run. And your best score sits beside your current one, so you can finally tell whether a run is going well. Parks also work at one consistent distance everywhere. The board used to highlight homes just outside the range that actually paid, which made the rule impossible to learn by playing.
