Buggy mess
Endless bugs including not being able to allow access when called if phone is in landscape orientation, regularly getting logged out for no reason, intercom not connecting to the app and having deliveries cancelled… the list goes on. How a premium condo has such a terrible app is beyond me.

Lots of bugs including not being able to allow access when called if phone is in landscape orientation, regularly getting logged out for no reason, etc. Also needs support third party calling such as ringing on an Apple Watch.
The worst condo management
The system is literally lame that the guest cannot hear you.
Buggy, terrible support
The app locked me out, said to contact admin… no admin listed. After two weeks finally got in after contacting lawyer and getting agent involved. After getting logged in the ‘session expires’ within 1 second of login. Very bad app, terrible support.
