I have been with OnePoll survey for quite a while. They have updated the app and the rewards including sending out excellent surveys to participate in… so well done OnePoll!!!
Great survey site
I’ve been submitting surveys for years and One Poll are particularly good. Surveys are interesting. Usually short therefore keep you interested and subjects are very informative. Oh and payment has always been made - no problems at all.

If you are thinking about downloading this app DONT. Other apps like Qmee and Eureka are better. Dont waste your time with onepoll its terrible! bad service, little amount of polls, i could go on forever DO NOT USE ONE POLL
No complaints here!
This app works for me, making it easy to complete short surveys on the go, and claiming a little cash for it too. No crashes, no spam just a little relaxation every so often.

well i can safely say it works, it does take a little time to reach the £25.00 threshold, and i does take another week for your cash out to reach your paypal account, i did find that there is a lot surveys that knocked me back because of my age or location which can be demoralising, but keep pushing even if you only qualify for one or two surveys YOU will reach the threshold eventually, and yes i agree with everyone that there should be a lower threshold of £10.00. Or the option of partial cash outs. Other than that , no issues , Looking forward to my next £25.00. Cheers.

The company is great, I’ve been with OnePoll for years and always had the payout within a couple of weeks. Customer service are very responsive and helpful.
However, the app isn’t great. If you try to request a payment through the app, it doesn’t work; you have to go through the website as you get a pop up screen to enter your bank details, which doesn’t happen through the app. It accepts your payment request but it will never materialise. You also can’t keep track of your payment requests, and you have to open each survey twice before it works.
Can’t fault the company, but could do with a bit of development on the app.

Avoid avoid avoid
Please beware of this company, as other reviews say, you get close to cashing out your £25 or you actually cash out and they block your account. You DO NOT get paid. It’s great for them as you have completed many many surveys over several months to built up to the cash out amount of £25 and they have got your opinion over this time for free!! There are more honest and trustworthy survey sites out there. Stay clear of this one!!

App constantly errors
The company is fine, I’ve used them for years. I tried using the app as it’s more convenient than the website but it just constantly errors and you have to go redo the survey. Frustrating to the point of uninstalling it.
Avoid like the plague!
Please avoid this app and website. The company is a scam. You get close to the cash out amount (which by the way is a whopping £25) and then they block you from the community. This has happened to several people I know too, and is there way of not having to pay anyone. A total waste of time and effort. Look for survey sites that have a lower cash out threshold and are actually trustworthy. I can see this scam of a company closing down soon. A complete con.

I have just been screened out of 6 surveys in a row, again. Sometimes the app fails to work and always I have to tap on each survey twice as it comes straight back out the first time.

Done surveys but unable to cash out. No reply from company either. They have banned me
No longer works
When I first downloaded this it worked fine, but now it hasn’t worked for months. The surveys appear but then clicking into them I constantly get the “bad gateway” message. I did email customer support when I first got this error months ago, but it has persisted and I can’t be bothered flagging this again! Now I stick with using the site through Safari on my mobile.

Never any surveys
I signed up mid Feb, completed the initial survey and since then I’ve had no surveys appear for me. I check regularly with no luck but my sister will check on hers and she has a list of surveys … not sure why but I’m close to giving up and just deleting the app.
