Your handicap isn't a guess. The app calibrates it over 7 days by reading your real Apple Watch data — resting heart rate, VO2 max, daily steps, active minutes, and time in elevated heart-rate zones — then recalibrates monthly as your fitness changes.
Daily activity is tracked automatically through Apple Watch and Apple Health: workouts with heart-rate zone analysis, steps, exercise minutes, and active calories.
