I’ve had other bad ones in the past that were great at marketing that didn’t always have service. You were only able to access it when the van was on and didn’t have audio as well. This one you’re able to watch the videos whether the van is on or off as well as there’s audio and you could watch it live as well.

I have been using one step Gps now for close to five years. I’ve used other companies before and found them to be more expensive for the same tools within a GPS program. One step Gps is a great tracking system and the app is great for giving you live views when you’re out in the field.

I’ve had one tracker fail had to return it. The screen when you’re tracking your equipment will freeze, and it doesn’t update right away or it might take up to 20 minutes. i’m the owner of my company and it’s stressful when you can’t see where your guys are at.

Like the last review says. I wish I could give 10 stars. This give exact address with time. Road for road. Not as the crow flys. If you have a company with a fleet of trucks or whoever is in your vehicles. and you want to know where they are, this one is the best one out there. Great customer service and support. You can not go wrong w this gps company. I choose the version that hooks up to your battery under the hood and it has great performance. Never drops off line. Has never lost sight of my trucks.

I wish I could give more stars
After having one of our vehicles stolen, recovered not long after it was noticed thanks to the tracker. They stole the dash cam, so without power, I couldn’t access the footage to see who it was. OneStep went above and beyond, taking the time to find the screenshots we needed of the person who stole it.
Their help will forever be appreciated. Their products work as advertised and help us manage the fleet more efficiently. Big thumbs up.

Does no good when the vehicle and dash cam are stolen
Footage isn’t uploaded to a cloud where you can access it if the vehicle/camera is stolen and unplugged. Very sad to find this out too late. THIS IS A WARNING TO ALL WHO ASSUME THEY CAN ACTUALLY ACCESS THE FOOTAGE.
