One Task: App Blocker

One Task helps students finish one specific task while selected distractions are blocked. HOW IT WORKS 1. Name one concrete task, such as “Finish problem set 4.” 2. Choose one to three apps, websites, or categories with Apple’s Screen Time picker. 3. Start a timed or Until I’m done Study Block. 4. Mark the task done, add the next task while the same Study Block continues, or deliberately end early. 5. Review your latest private on-device task summary. STUDY MODES Save repeatable task setups with a task, selected distractions, duration, and options. Free includes one saved Study Mode. Pro unlocks unlimited Study Modes and scheduled study reminders. ONE TASK PRO Pro also adds optional No early ending for timed Study Blocks, full private task history, and weekly review. No early ending removes One Task’s in-app early-end action before the displayed deadline; it is not a claim that blocking is unbreakable. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account is required. Task names, Screen Time selection tokens, blocking state, Study Modes, and summaries stay on your device. One Task cannot read messages, feeds, websites, or schoolwork. HONEST SCREEN TIME CONTROLS You decide when a task is done. One Task does not inspect or prove your work. Website and browser coverage can vary. If blocking becomes unavailable, One Task reports that state and provides recovery. Manual timed and untimed Study Blocks are free and unlimited.
