Useless app
Doesn’t even have any options in the app to add payment method. So when the charger tries to charge, it simply fails. Completely useless and a waste of time.
Just a piece of rubbish
The whole piece of rubbish just don’t work, no verification SMS be sent and simply useless even you’ve seen this charging pole in the street.

App full of bug, cannot pay for charge . Also no support , it’s a total waste of time . Pls don’t be a fool.
Don’t use!
it claims to be 21kWh but it turned out only 3.5kW charged for 1 hour. don’t use and pay for that. you must regret!!
Buggy App
The app is crucially buggy! When scan the charging station to start charging the app shows the charging info. When user exits the app and reopens again, there is a button to see the charging status. Once press that button to bring back up the charging info page, this screen is blank. Now users cannot call back up that screen to pay and stop charging or see how many hours of charging has lapsed. This is iphone app used on iphone XR. Please fix app immediately!!!
