Complicated

One.com is one of the worst companies I have dealt with as far as customer service goes and the ease of doing business. The sooner I've moved my business and closed the account the better!

Completely pointless

Had the companion app on my phone to access business emails on the go. Easy to set up but you have to keep resetting the app two or three times a day as it refuses to recognise the PIN code (literally just after setting it up on some occasions), plus it stops recognising fingerprint unlocking. Got so frustrated by constantly resetting, I’ve just deleted it. Pointless.

PIN code needs constant reset

Good enough apart from the PIN which needs a constant reset. It is not enough to make me move from One but very frustrating
