If you want to watch GMM TV series and see that this app is available in your country, you can download it and check whether you can actually stream the content first. The app does not provide any notifications or details regarding whether your current country holds the broadcast/licensing rights. Otherwise, you'll feel tricked into subscribing to a package, only to find out later that you can't watch the show you wanted.
I'm not sure if the company realizes that false advertising laws exist. Therefore, for anyone residing outside of Thailand, I strongly recommend not downloading the app or subscribing to a plan.
