The concerned company said repair request was not booked
Lodged a complaint for service of a HItTACHI AC. No communication from OneDios beyond giving a complaint number. No customer support. A day before the scheduled visit, I called a Hitachi directly just to confirm - and they said they don’t have a service request from me. Don’t know who is at fault - but their service did not work.

Being male and living in PG is difficult, and a defect in the Havells LED light and a technical issue with the Prestige induction added additional layers of difficulty. I appreciate OneDios' prompt resolution of the issue.

Great application!
I called the Daikin customer support number several times, but there was no answer. I then tried using OneDios to book a service, and unexpectedly, I was able to do it in less than two minutes. Excellent start.

There is no need to wait for customers service for too long! My Daikin air conditioner’s service was scheduled in a matter of seconds.

When I contacted Voltas customer service, no one picked up. When I learned about OneDios later, I quickly scheduled my service request with Voltas.

I had scheduled a service for Daikin on 28th for 30th. But nobody has even responded to the service. Very disappointed with Daikin Service.

days after the scheduled date on 1st, so gave 4 stars now. More details on the app, as to whom it is assigned to, and escalation data should be included in the requests/app.

Very good and reliable service, way better than directly contacting customer care. Service man followed proper precautions of COVID. First i tried to contact customer support of Samsung, which I didn't find helpful. But when I tried on this app, i got my service booked within a minute. Very Easy to use. Great App Guys.
