The concerned company said repair request was not booked
Lodged a complaint for service of a HItTACHI AC. No communication from OneDios beyond giving a complaint number. No customer support. A day before the scheduled visit, I called a Hitachi directly just to confirm - and they said they don’t have a service request from me. Don’t know who is at fault - but their service did not work.

Being male and living in PG is difficult, and a defect in the Havells LED light and a technical issue with the Prestige induction added additional layers of difficulty. I appreciate OneDios' prompt resolution of the issue.

Great application!
I called the Daikin customer support number several times, but there was no answer. I then tried using OneDios to book a service, and unexpectedly, I was able to do it in less than two minutes. Excellent start.
