Lack of usefulness
Despite being logged into my account and seeing my agent I still cannot find the houses she has shared and when I find a house I can’t comment for her because it says I am not logged in. Makes the app pointless.
Inoperative
iPad app will not even open. I tap the app, it goes to a cover page (which is blank except to the logo) and freezes. It will not open at all.
Horrible
What a horribly dysfunctional app. Doesn’t work properly, poor interface, just poor. Keller Williams needs to find a new app to work with.

Great tool for home searching
OneHome has been great so far. The UI is clean, searches are smooth, and the listing details are clear and helpful.
Good Real Estate App
Clean interface and easy to navigate. The app makes it convenient to browse listings and property-related information. I really recommend.
Buggy
Crashes every time you try to save a photo. Lacking basic functionality.
Terrible
After signing in to the app I can see my real estate agent but if I try to do anything in the app other than create a new search the app says I have to log in, even though I already am. Worthless
Glitches
When going through listings the app doesn’t remember where you were looking at homes after clicking a listing. Resets the whole scroll and moves you away from the saved search module. Weird functionality
Garbage website & garbage app
Extremely limited search results, filters and end user functionality. Issues with loading more button, issues with lack of clear information including but not limited to serious errors in property square footages, addresses, and more information. The realtors enter the info and it shows up correctly on many other sites, but not this one. Realtor reported the issues to them and no fixes as far as I can tell.

It’s ok when not glitching
The app is pretty good but when selecting a house zooms all the way out to world view. Have to check if it works in a couple days…not good because I am supposed to interact with my realtor on this so I missed one opportunity.
Another thing is that if you want to see satellite view you have to reselect it every time after viewing a house …pretty annoying
