Im Not Your Digital Slave
“A universe without justice eventually collapses beneath the weight of its own contradictions. The same law governs digital worlds. Every system that multiplies barriers instead of removing them, every platform that hides simplicity behind endless wallets, registrations, permissions, and deposits, slowly drifts away from its purpose. What was presented as freedom begins to resemble dependency. What was presented as decentralization begins to resemble another form of control. When users spend more time navigating obstacles than creating value, something fundamental has been lost. Trust cannot thrive where transparency is absent, and no network can remain strong when its participants feel trapped instead of empowered. History repeatedly shows that systems built on complexity, confusion, and asymmetry eventually face the consequences of their own design. Universal justice may be delayed, but it is never absent.”

Some suggestions
Hey. I really like your app but I would like to be able to customize the Home Screen. Specially to remove those big button about referrals and signing message. Also I would like to remove the sections below tokens like the earn and favorites. Please add some customization settings🙏🏻
And I think you need to add some caching of app data, like transactions instead of loading it each time. It takes so long to open transactions history

Hands Down the Best Hardware Wallet!
I own essentially every hardware wallet on the market. That’s not an exaggeration. I purchase them for work, and testing them has become a personal hobby. Based on my firsthand experience with virtually all of them, OneKey Pro is by far the best hardware wallet on the market. Its hardware and software are far ahead of the competition, and the gap isn’t even remotely close.

Deleting the app
Newest review:
Still no notifications. Contacted support the ai bot ended the chat while “getting a person to help me” just shows the customer support is horrible
So i will be deleting this app and never coming back even if they said they fixed it like the customer support on X tried to claim.
Good luck to your users for trusting this app.
Old review:
The notifications are still not deploying. The “test” notification deploy no problem but when it actually comes to account activity they don’t deploy the notifications even though they say they will. That right there is FALSE advertisement.
I don’t trust this wallet app till notifications for account activity returns. This means they can move funds without letting you know. Never trust a wallet that hides your own account activity from you. It has been 2 months now without notifications deploying.

We will see how good this is but looks ok. XDC partnership is the only reason everyone is downloading, so they should promote it more!

Sehr zufrieden!

I can get the actually charge
I often use trx gas to save the charge , but recently whatever I get the gas ,it displays the energy rental charge ,I’ve lost some unnecessary money for this and I’m considering if I need to change a wallet
Hate it
This is the most user unfriendly app and wallet that I have ever used.
Hardware great, software needs to be better
I purchased a OneKey Pro hardware wallet recently to add to my collection of hardware wallets which include: Ledger (x2), NGRAVE Zero, and Blockstream Jade.
I really like the premium quality of the device. The OneKey Pro beats all of the others in terms of ease of use, agility, and features that the hardware wallet has like Touch ID, a color high-res touchscreen, and camera to support air gapped transaction signing. Technically the NG Zero has all of these features but it is a much clunkier device that does not have much software integration and is more meant to be used as a cold cold wallet. The UI could be organized better and at times could be less glitchy (such as pages not refreshing, showing old totals, etc.)

Technically the NG Zero has all of these features but it is a much clunkier device that does not have much software integration and is more meant to be used as a cold cold wallet. What I don’t like as much, however, are the OneKey apps. They have a LOT of room for improvement.
For example, for the Bitcoin account, it creates 4 different addresses: Taproon, Nested Segwit, Native Segwit, and Legacy. It treats these addresses almost as separate accounts. Selecting the Bitcoin currency in the app brings up a sub-page where these different addresses are on separate tabs and only one tab is displayed at a time. I find it really inconvenient that I have to go back and forth between tabs to look at the balances and transaction histories on each of the different address types with no summary of them in one single view except for the grand total shown in the main window of all the accounts.
Another example is lack of capability that other hardware wallet vendors have in their companion software. One of the big things that makes me use my Ledger the most out of all the others is its ability to exchange currencies of different families. Ledger Live has the ability to convert BTC stored on the wallet directly to other currencies like ETH with one transaction through a DEX, which they quote multiple so you get the best rate. The OneKey app CANNOT swap BTC to ETH and vice versa natively. This means that in order to do that with a OneKey, you must use an external dApp which in my experience doesn’t have the ability to connect to the Bitcoin wallet, so you’re having to manually make transactions anyway. Another thing not natively supported is ENS name resolution. I was disappointed to see that when I transferred my ENS NFT from my Ledger to the OneKey, the OneKey software does not have the ability to use it or lookup other ENS names. It’s able to use ENS to associate the wallet address with the ENS name for inbound transactions, but that’s it. Also, at time of writing OneKey does not support the Hedera network. Ledger Live does.
If OneKey can work on improving the UX experience and add some critical features that increase the capability of the OneKey platform, I might make it my primary hardware wallet for daily use. For now my primary is going to remain the Ledger because of its larger featureset.
