Feature Request: Auto Login / Stay Signed In Option
Dear OneLap Team,
Thank you for providing a great app. I’ve been enjoying using OneLap on my iPad, but I’ve encountered one inconvenience. Currently, the app requires me to log in manually every time I open it.
It would be very helpful if you could add a feature that allows users to stay signed in or enable auto login, especially for those using the app on personal devices like tablets. This would greatly improve the overall user experience and convenience.

Well I did give this app 5 stars on my old trainer. But my new Jetblack Volt is not recognised. So the app is pretty unusable. Onelap had been my favorite app. Great price and built in music in some workouts. Definitely worth a try.

Confusing and did not work with my Sportneer trainer
A 6 month subscription was included with my Sportneer smart trainer so I tried this out. It’s confusing and laggy to sign up. Then it was confusing to figure out what to do. The help page is general, no step-by-step instructions or images.
Once I figured it out, I tried one of the novice rides and the course looked flat but even in the lowest gear I could barely pedal and felt like I was on a steep climb (I do road and MTB riding so I am in decent condition).
I switched to another app and was up and riding in minutes so my trainer is fine.

Free and The Best
I have used several apps including the original training platform, but the connection device is not as fast as this app, and the connection to the heart rate belt is also very fast and stable. There are many training menus without paying, and it is worth downloading and using.

I’ve seen a lot of people say this same thing. The app starts asking for personal information and then will not advance. Don’t waste your time.
