The app itself is extremely inconsistent with tracking check-ins. There have been multiple times where it hasn’t logged them at all and the counter stays stuck at a previous number or just says zero.
Ok but lacks support for Apple Wallet. Please add this feature back.
Cool gym
Class calendar is buggy. So difficult to click on the drop down to change locations, and when you do, the class list automatically reverts to the current date despite having clicked on a future date (when already viewing for the original location) without it being obvious too, so you’re looking at incorrect information

Constant issues with the app. Information displayed is incorrect. The work out count is always off. When brought up to club’s attention, they say “they are aware and working on it” smh
The app is pretty bare bones and it lacks a corresponding Apple Watch app which forces you to bring your phone into the gym
The latest update killed online class bookings and every other feature besides the check in barcode. It may be a server-side issue, but the app is bricked for what I use it for.
Awesome vibe and staff really like the equipment they have here and got a really nice lift
The staff are always very friendly and helpful. Very nice maintained equipment as well
OneLife has the resources to develop a more reliable and user-friendly app. The current version frequently fails to load properly, lacks accuracy, and would greatly benefit from additional features such as workout set/rep, and nutrition tracking. Also the number of workouts logged is ALWAYS wrong. Please do better.

I’m surprised there’s no app for the watch yet
I literally got to the part where I join the subscription but can’t log into my account so I can’t cancel anything and it’s been months please let my soul go satan
Be a skinny legend queen
It needs notifications of scheduled reservations. I schedule things weeks away and completely forget about them. Yes I know I need to remember things better but I have a bajillion things going on
Very buggy app. Classes don’t load. Also pushing updates during the day? Who does that smh
I keep checking into my activity and an hour later, I receive a notice that I missed it. I most certainly did not miss it.
I’m not able to check my billing the login keeps popping up so I can’t go to the next step and nothing shows when I try to schedule for personal training
It’s always a race to sign into certain classes because of high demand; I registered for multiple classes over many days, and, once I get within distance to check into activity it deregisters me from the class and my place in class has already been taken. It’s very frustrating and disappointing; I would like to be able to go to classes, but when I show up on time my spot has already been taken.

It’s terrible, I cannot see the activities to get register. It seems that nobody cares. Awful!
I had a suggestion. It’d be nice to have a full level, meter for the gym you go to so you can see how busy the gym is.
