Onemap App not loading on iPhone 6s
Beginning a month ago, the Onemap app cannot be loaded on iPhone 6s. Why?
Tried shut down / power up, checked Location is "on", reinstall app, nothing works.

Informative app
Enjoy the various features available in the app, though I don’t see the need of using them everyday. Fun to play around with.
Vortex In The Middle Of The Apps
I used it quite often but after the recent iterations it has cause a bug even after deleting the app twice.
Unable to open
Have been using for years, but lately the APP is not able to open with constant “loading” after recent iOS 16 update, but on iOS 18 is still working fine.
Missing bus services
When I tap onto the bus stop logo, the bus arrival timing isn’t available. Please assist. Thank you.
Unreliable when needed
Sometimes, when I need to check bus timing in urgent, then the app unable to load the bus. Clicking bus stop icon show no activity. It's frustrated and I regret uninstall my previous app to use this one. If I need to keep another app just to show bus timing to plan my trip, then why I need to keep this one?

This is a SG government app, please work on it and improve, for the pass one hour, it closes more than five times while using this app
There’s a bug
I normally use this app to check bus timings and to navigate around Singapore but lately there’s been a bug that shows all bus timings as ‘Arr’ or arriving even though the bus could take 20 minutes to come, all bus timings remained the same. Please fix this issue.
Worst app of all.
Is this the best app to be consider by user? When everytime I use the app, it keep on crashing on ios 17.5.1. The moment I able to access, the next I tried to do searching, it crashed instead of yielding result. This situation keep on repeating and repeating. And I need this app during the examination.

Bus stop icon cannot be tapped to see bus services
As above. When open on iPhone a few times, it will just spin when opening bus timings. Have to force close app
Good app for cycling
It has live GPS tracker so you won’t get lost and can see all update PCN on whole island of SG
Maps fail to load
Sometimes the map tiles do not load, there seems to be something wrong with the OneMap domain on occasions…makes the service very unreliable when really need to use
Underrated app
It is better than google map with more details, no ads and extra info on walking and cycling route. Better options for guides on taking public transports too. Well done! Keep up the good work. I also will like to see walking distance time estimation rather than just distance. Thanks!

I have been using onemap for years. And i hardly ever write any reviews for any app, but this had really gotten onto my nerves. First of all, whenever I type an address, i cannot find it. Had to resort to slowly zooming in to my destination to check for buses etc. secondly, the map takes forever to load, like FOREVER esp when you wanna zoom in. Thirdly, the buses directory crashes the app every time i toggle it. I really would expect something better than this, onemap. Why load something so buggy and then annoy people? 🤷🏻♀️

Promising app but some issues
1. Couldn’t swipe left on the tabs to view. (World Cup, ART Vending Kits, PHPC etc…) 2. Bigger fonts (bold or thicker stroke) would be better, like more legible

IOS 16.1 cannot use
The app can open , and I had set location always allow. But I unable to search for landmark and set the shortest route. It’s just not responding hence no result. Web browser can only search for landmark but very laggy
app issue
the app has been giving problem ever since the last update. It’s either kicking user out of the app if not the search just doesn’t work.
Bus schedule at bus stops caused APP to crash
Honestly I liked the APP very much as it has a lot of useful information. However, the live bus schedule at the bus stops caused the APP to crash when I select the individual bus route.
Doesn’t work well with mobile data, only wifi
i’m unable to search the route from A to B using data, only wifi
