Helped with setting expectation
I have been using this app for a while now and love it.
The arrival time is at least 95% accurate of the time and that s enough for me. Even if the bus didn’t show up on the dot, it is at most 5 minutes behind.
It gave me a lot of appreciation to the bus drivers who have to keep their tight schedules while at the same time, keep the passengers safe.

Impossible to close Ads
I get it. The app needs to make money. But the interface for Ads is terrible making the app unusable without having to close it and open it again. The core purpose of the app is null once an Ad pops up.
Ads are so intrusive.
Loved this app until they added full screen takeover ads that often don’t even have a way of closing them. Happens right as you are looking for a bus arrival time etc.
As soon you the ad appears I swipe the app closed and reopen. Terrible experience

Ruined by full page ads
Typical experience: you need to quickly check the bus arrival or route, open the app, it quickly located where you are, but as you click on the bus stop name it instead opens a full page advert without an option to close if for 10s. Way to kill your user base for a quick buck. Uninstalling, googling is faster now.

What a horrible fix.
I can’t open the app without a ad coming up constantly and cannot close it without it immediately popping back up. I can’t even access the bus info rendering the app completely useless.
