Can’t move beyond set up biometrics so useless
Not remember username and password
Have to re-enter information everytime even I click the remember for next 30 days.
Useless, cannot even log in
I have switched to a different service provider after finally giving up trying to use this app OR the website…. You cannot pay over the phone; payment has to be made through the website and I cannot log in via the website or the app. My app is updated and I have tried renewing the password over a dozen times. The app not the website recognizes the password. It just says incorrect email and/pr password. Customer service agents cannot help with anything. They cannot take a payment. They cannot reset a password with a temporary password. The app is unusable. The website is equally bad. The plans may be good value but if you ever need to log back in to update your card after you set up the plan, you’re in for a big disappointment.

App keeps logging me out
Impossible to use. I go through the endless process of logging in, doing all the captcha images and clicking remember me. Then not even a day later it logs me out saying session expires. The process to log back in is exhausting. Terrible user experience

it’s okay but it keeps logging me out every day and it’s getting annoying re-typing my user and password over and over again.

I can write a usable app in two days with Claude. Can’t believe you spent millions of dollars create a rubbish app. Shame on all of those who work on this.
OVERSEAS SERVICE IS NOT WORKING AND THE CS COULDNT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT.
Also, logging off is ANYTIME even when you are chatting with the customer service. You can’t send screenshots in the chat. It is basically useless.
Glitchy useless app
Cannot add new credit card, click add and nothing happens. Cant update existing credit card, doesn’t refresh. Tried to open on Safari then can’t even scroll to the bottom to logout so I can login to different account. Frustrating

Very low quality application, barely works. Already made me regret switching to opm while just trying to active my sim.
Unusable
I’ve never been able to log into my account. Always says there is an error in the email or password. There is not. Pathetic service, would be better if they had no app at all if they weren’t willing to put in the base minimal support for the app’s functionality.

New app is great to use, a lot easier to navigate than previously
Appreciate security but pain to log in without Face ID
As said by another user. Face ID would be faster and much more convenient.
Has all the features I’d expect, but…
I appreciate added security, but the login is really frustrating as I get logged out very frequently and despite it asking if I want to use FaceID on first use… it’s never prompted for it again. So I have to re-enter the password again every time.

No email comes through on the two factor authentication then it says that’s it not able to afterwards and then customer service asked for my details to help find my account then wouldn’t get back to me
Does not work
As per the previous review, it’s completely unusable with the issue apparently with my device. I had no issue with Catch. Very disappointing.No stars from me though I have to select one to submit this.
