What can I pay for with Onepay?

You can use Onepay to pay at merchants that accept Cobro QR from Transbank, as well as all e-commerce sites and websites that use Webpay. For QR payments, you will scan the code or enter the purchase code provided by the seller. For Webpay, you will select Onepay as your payment method.

Can I add all my cards to Onepay?

Onepay supports credit cards from major banks like Visa, Mastercard, Magna, American Express, and Dinners. You can also use Redcompra debit cards and prepaid cards from most national banks. If you encounter issues adding a card, please consult your bank or card issuer.

Is there a cost to use Onepay?

Using Onepay is completely free for storing your cards and making payments. There might be a small charge of $50 when adding a new credit or debit card to verify its activation, which will be automatically refunded.

What happens to my cards if I lose my phone?

Your card data is securely stored on Transbank's systems. If you lose your phone, you can remove it from your authorized devices by logging into your Onepay account from another trusted device.

Why does Onepay need camera access?

Camera access is required to scan QR codes when making payments in stores or on computers. If you prefer not to grant this permission, you can manually enter the purchase code displayed below the QR code.
