About

Most fitness apps handle one part of your routine. One for lifting, one for meals, another for your weight. OneRep brings them together in one log. The day on one screen Meals, water, supplements, and sessions sit on a single timeline, at the time they happened. Move an entry to the right minute. Open a past day and read it the same way. Food logging that fits your day Search for food, scan a barcode, or use optional AI photo analysis to estimate what’s on your plate. Search draws on USDA and Open Food Facts data. Training you can finish Build a session in advance or start empty and fill it as you go. See your previous weights and reps while you decide what to lift today. Health without the horoscope Explore recovery, sleep, activity, heart, nutrition, vitals, and your own custom measurements. Connect supported health services to bring your readings together. When a signal has no reading, OneRep says so. A coach you control Ask questions, explore your progress, and get help with meals, sessions, and targets. Review proposed changes before applying them where confirmation is required. AI is optional. Before sharing data, OneRep asks for your permission and explains what is sent. Depending on the feature, requests may include your messages, submitted images or imported text, and relevant profile, fitness, nutrition, and health records. Requests go through OpenRouter to OpenAI or Venice, depending on the selected model. You can turn AI sharing off in Settings and continue manual tracking. Your data, in your hands Export your records. Access your log through a REST API or MCP endpoint so your scripts and other tools can work with it. OneRep’s source code is available, and you can host it yourself. There are no ads. The paid tier helps fund development. OneRep is a fitness and wellness tool, not a medical device. AI estimates and recommendations may be inaccurate and are not medical advice.
