New update crashing, buggy
Hey One Roof Team, the previous iteration of the app was much more functional and user friendly. This latest update doesn’t load information and makes it more difficult to search for properties. If I could uninstall and go back to the previous update, including the “recommended for you” plus the easy to find property history, I would.

Crash heavy
On both android and iOS, it crashes all the time. After scrolling through properties for 4/5 min, crashes back to home screen on phones and tablets. Then you have to start your search again.
New update is also missing key map feature like school zone and commute time.

Decent
The app is decent I prefer using it over most other apps like it. The improvement that would be nice is updating calculating mortgage rates feature at least once a month.
Re : checking the house prices
Hello there,
It was been good to check the house prices as well as previous history of selling. I would say that it’s pretty accurate and good experience so far.
Best regards
Jaspal

Great App
Easy to use

When the agents set the price you see
We made the mistake of letting our agent drop our price to get more offers and our one roof went down in line with it . It’s taken two years to get it back to where it was . I would not trust one roof to give a realistic price as clearly the algorithm can be distorted to what ever an agent wants it to be

OneRoof app
Great app
Perfect for Market Research
Awesome insights for both buyers and sellers.
House prices are miles off
The app is completely useless, used this app solely to look for property and every house seen was well above the prices provided. Search is completely useless…you filter property based on price let’s say 1.2million go to open homes but price ends up being 2-3 hundred thousand over what was provided. Must have looked at over 100 houses and every single one was over what the app provided..not by 10 or 50k but by hundreds of thousands. Don’t believe the radio ads, it’s absolutely useless.

Easy to navigate and find what you’re searching for
Latest Update Hurts Usability
I prefer using OneRoof over Trade Me Property for several reasons, despite some shortcomings. However, the latest update has removed enough features to make me reconsider.
• The biggest issue is that I can no longer save favourites into different lists. This was a great way to categorise listings based on interest levels or specific criteria.
• Previously, I could swipe left from the first image in the list view, which was useful since agents often place floor plans and overhead shots at the end. This made it easy to check those first without having to swipe through all the images.
• The loss of that feature would be less frustrating if navigating out of a listing page was smoother. While I like being able to scroll through all images before opening them individually, I can no longer swipe left to return to the search results. Instead, I have to press the “X” button, which feels less intuitive.
• The new “For You” page seemed promising at first, but I quickly realised there’s no way to apply filters. This might be fun for casual browsing, but it’s not helpful for serious buyers who need to refine their search.
• It’s also frustrating that favourited searches don’t remember my preferred sorting order.
