I want to thank One Service for their excellent response to my feedback and very quick remedial action taken to address the poor job done by the contractor for the major road resurfacing project. I hope for all contracts a quality control engineer is assigned to do a quality inspection and control and sign off a job acceptance certificate before any payment is made. As a standard procedure a follow up inspection should be done after a defined period to ensure that there is no defects arising from the project repairs. Thank you again. This has given me great motivation to keep my eyes open and report similar deficiencies for all public repairs and projects as defects can be safety hazards especially in housing estates.

Mango tree
Regarding the mango tree issue on March 30th, thank you very much for your prompt action. However, I'm sorry to say that the problem has not been completely resolved. They only removed some branches that were blocking the kitchen window. The window of the upstairs bedroom (4th floor) is still completely blocked. These trees have never been sprayed with any insecticide, and the pest problem is very serious (termites, black wasps, small cockroaches...). Because of this, I have had to replace the wooden flooring and wooden cabinets. I sincerely hope that these problems can be thoroughly resolved!"

The location map keeps going blank when accurate pinpointing of locating was attempted
Previous use the map can be dragged to better pinpoint the “exact” location of the incident, now when the location is engaged; it kept going to a blank black screen and “restart” mode when engaged again.
Bad UI
Bad UI when reporting illegal parking. I may be on the road, driving shotgun and affected by an illegal parker. there is no way to submit case because by the time i open the app, i’m 250m away from the pinned location and the reporting does not allow me to proceed. In the past, the metadata time stamp of the photo within 10mins was good, as it ensured accuracy. This geolocation limitation is ridiculous and doesn’t solve an extra layer of wrongly submitted cases. Implement for the sake of ‘upgrading’ but it became even worst.
