They have the potential to really have something here but there are errors and hiccups in most categories.
Very poorly developed app
The app is constantly crashing. Do not expect consistent service. When reaching out to customer service they have no sympathy or understanding. Would not recommend to new clients. I literally only keep using the service because I already have my information connected.

Do NOT download this app it works the first time, makes sure you have linked all your accounts then it BLACK OUTS completely. I have no access at all and all my selling accounts are connected. The website login gives me error as well! Terrible experience. Looking to close my account now with the tech team.

Not functional, Fake Crosslister, Poor Software, Complete Incompetence
Go to Vendoo. There should be a class action. This crosslister is complete garbage. If you have high volume you need to check your listings. It says “on preferred sites” and it absolutely is NOT!! It goes through the whole process of fake listing the item and you’ll see hundreds missing. Hundreds. Customer service does not care. Horrible software. Mercari shipping hasn’t worked in over a year, repeatedly asking to fix!! eBay, Depop constantly disconnects. Ebay not functional AGAIN after 2 months of waiting. Pathetic

Not worth the $45/ month
The only reason to choose this crosslisting app is because it functions without a pc. If you have a desktop or laptop do not waste your money on this. App is glitchy and support answers, but never seem to have a solution or timeline for when an issue will be resolved.

Buggy and never works
I’m really tired of this. Save your money because $45 a month for an app that works 20% of the time is really not worth it. The tech support is responsive, but they ask you to do the work by sending videos and screenshots. Look, I pay you. You need to figure out your own development issues and put out communications to your users if there’s a known problem with steps to fix it. The app needs a lot of work and perhaps consider lowering your prices for your extremely patient clientele.

APP isn’t worth the price
The app is constantly having issues with their Poshmark imports!! I haven’t been able to import my listings for over 3 weeks now! Why am I paying for this service. Also they don’t constantly share your closet especially when it matters during peak times! Would not recommend them
Doesn’t work half the time
We have used this app for a few months now. App frequently won’t work and stay connected to Depop, Mercari and sometime posh. Customer service e refuses to provide credits when their app doesn’t work. Not worth the $45/mo when they can’t keep it running.

This has to be the worst app I’ve ever tried. I don’t actually think it was sharing or sending offers because I was never really getting sales until I switched to a new app. Also, they constantly have issues connecting to depop specifically. other sites have issues off & on, so you basically can’t post. It’s ridiculous and they don’t do refunds or credits for those sites being down. So you’re basically paying full price for sites that works sometimes.

Highly recommend OneShop
I started using this app in 2022 and my sales immediately went up. It does a majority of the work that I don’t have the time to do . The monthly fee pays for itself and is well worth it

WASTE of money
I have been a Oneshop user for many years and have not had any issues until recently. The customer service is AWFUL, they do not have a line to speak to someone if you run into problems. You must type it all out in text messages with screenshots of every problem, which if it is multiple issues, you are texting books. They are of no help and act like you do not know how to use the app and place blame on everyone else. They also offer NO refund if the app isn’t working or down for hours/days. You can find a much cheaper app that provides excellent customer service with the same features. I would STRONGLY NOT recommend using this app/service to anyone!!

What is happening?!
This used to be a great app. It just doesn’t work very well anymore. Mercari shipping is not working. You have to enter the same info on the brand twice in order for it to save. My items are not deleting across platforms. I can go on. I haven’t found an all inclusive platform like this one was when it worked. But I am looking for another

I wish oneshop back
This was the best app. I really loved it Very easy and convenient. I have to switch to Vendoo because they have access to all platforms, I don't like Vendoo yet because one shop was easier and faster. Now there is no other way. I hope they will fix it so I can go back. 😔
This app used to be great
I am still sad about the downfall of this app. They have been a bit all over the place with their direction over the years and definitely focused on things that no one wanted. But for a moment the app was working great for what it claimed to be - a cross lister and bot. I really loved it. Then it quickly went downhill and features and platforms stopped working, they were not transparent with their users, and they continued to charge the same amount while the only feature that worked were the Poshmark bots. I would come back if things were to change but as a longtime customer I am really disappointed with the way all of the issues with the app were handled

Long time user now biggest critic
Used for several years. Never great but saved me time and the cost wasn’t too high. Recently started having issues. Submitted a ticket today. Instead of fixing anything for me, they instead told me that I need to turn off a bunch of important settings in Poshmark and to just do it manually myself. They Completely lost my business after that. Oh and they claim to be US based but that is a lie.

Failing
Had so much hope when I started using this app and they promised users would soon be able to link Etsy. That never happened and now Depop is no longer linked. There are issues with printing shipping labels, sharing a listing to Mercari is problematic, PM seem to be trying to block usage and eBay users are having issues. If you want to link Grailed you have to ask for the option.
Support always promise they’re working on repairs but never update users once repairs are made (which happens less and less)

Scammers
Their bots no longer work yet they continue to advertise as if they do. Don’t waste your money. Way too overpriced for what is essentially a Poshmark refresher.
